It’s officially official! just a couple more weeks till school is out for Christmas, and of course present opening time. It’s crazy how almost everyone in the entire world gets completely whipped into a frenzy during this time of year. Movies, music, stores, schools, churches, everyone and everything is changed for the month of december.
Changed… everything and everyone is changed. Isn’t it crazy? That without even knowing it, the world changes thousands of years later because of the birth of our Savior, Jesus. Changed, what about you? Does your house change for the month? Does your schedule, your attitude, or your feelings. I bet they do.
It’s not the music, it’s not how many times you watch ELF or A Christmas Story, it’s all because Jesus was born. We’ll talk about that more this month.

ok, favorite movie would have to be the nutcracker, well thats a ballet, but it still counts in my book.

my favorite over all thing is my nutcrakers…i collect them…and lets just say i have a whooooooooooooooooooooooooole lot of them.

my favorite part of christmas is the cheery holiday music and all of the gorgeous decorations! i love looking at everyone’s christmas lights and trees! but i also really enjoy all of the plays and programs dealing with christmas and the birth of jesus. no matter how many times we hear it or see the plays, it’s still the best (true) story around!

My favorite part of Christmas is on Christmas day when my family and I watch movies all day long and eat all kinds of cake and ice cream because my dad’s birthday is the 26th.
I also like going around to see all the lights on houses.

Honestly, even though I don’t really celebrate Christmas as much for Jesus as I do getting presents, eating good food, etc. I know I should, and He really is the most important part to it all. And this is kind of off topic, but really, I don’t think it would matter if anyone changed the name of Christmas or Christmas trees (which they might), because so many people use Christ’s name in vain when they talk about it. It’s no longer about HIM, it’s about the presents and the fun. So I don’t think Jesus would really care, because we aren’t lifting Him up when we say it, or celebrate it. Usually. Some people do, but yanno, but most don’t :p
& i just rambled a bunch. woo! haha.

Ok so Wednesday you told us how you scared Emma. Well when I was 2 or 3, my dad was in the kitchen and called for me. So I walk over to the baby gate and all of the light were off, and he jumps out with a werewolf mask on! I screem of course and was then terrified of the kitchen. See aren’t dads mean!
